Fidelity Fulfilment at the eCommerce Expo

This week, our UK, EU and US teams travelled to London for the eCommerce Expo at London ExCeL. This was our first time exhibiting at the UK’s biggest event for eCommerce and marketing technology. Whether B2B or B2C, the expo covered all the bases of the eCom market, with some fascinating talks from Thought Leaders and industry experts.

Why Visit the eCommerce Expo?

For solution providers (like Fidelity Fulfilment!) exhibiting just makes sense. You have the tools and ability to support both new and established eCommerce businesses – what better way to be heard than to get out there and meet them in person?

Among the attendees we spoke to, one of the biggest hurdles was the complexities of reaching key markets on the global stage. Cross-border commerce, and having a reliable network for logistics and returns, is a huge challenge within the rapidly expanding market. Thankfully we had our US and EU teams on hand!

Trend-setters

One of the best reasons to visit the eCommerce Expo is to stay ahead of upcoming trends and technologies. With a packed schedule of talks and sessions from world-recognised brands, it's a great opportunity for attendees to (learn what you don't know).

Along with some of the biggest names in eCommerce, we spoke to lots of innovative brand owners who told us they visit the eCommerce Expo for research. Pre-emptive learning is a great way to ensure that you have the right knowledge moving forward – so even if you don’t need a particular solution today, knowing who the right provider is for your long-term goals is a great step toward future-proofing your business.
