Fidelity Fulfilment is proud to announce the opening of its new facility in Salt Lake City, Utah, further strengthening our footprint across the United States. This expansion comes at a pivotal moment as the fulfilment landscape continues to evolve, with speed, transparency, and sustainability becoming increasingly critical for brands.

The Salt Lake City facility increases Fidelity’s U.S. operations to 88,000 sq. ft, enabling us to better serve growing demand from both domestic and international clients. This new location is designed to provide fast, flexible, and reliable fulfilment solutions that meet the high expectations of today’s consumers.

“Our Salt Lake City facility is more than just additional space; it reflects how the fulfilment landscape is changing. European brands are expanding into the U.S. and require integrated, scalable operations, while U.S. retailers are increasingly moving from direct-to-consumer into B2B. Our new facility positions us to support both trends seamlessly,” says Stephen Williams, Director and Co-Founder of Fidelity Fulfilment.

Fidelity's New Facility in Salt Lake City

The Salt Lake City facility strengthens our ability to provide fast, flexible, and reliable fulfilment solutions for brands of all sizes. Over the past year, Fidelity has welcomed global clients including TRIP, Lapland, Sense Wellness, and Cocoba, alongside new U.S. partnerships with Podium Nutrition, Naked Nutrition, Sock Academy, and Artem Straps. With an additional facility set to open in Kentucky in 2026, these two locations together will provide nationwide coverage, helping retailers meet delivery expectations from coast to coast.

“Our growing U.S. network gives both American and international brands the reach and resilience they need to thrive in this market - whether that means faster delivery, lower emissions, or greater visibility across their operations. As more brands expand globally, having a trusted fulfilment partner that can operate seamlessly across regions has never been more important.” - Stephen Williams, Director and Co-Founder of Fidelity Fulfilment.
